省油版:蒜香排骨
对于排骨,我家通常是土豆烧排骨。但其实,我最爱的炸排骨,哈哈。。。油炸食品爱好者飘过~~~
但是油炸食品吃多了不好,本着退而求其次的原则,以往都选择爆炒或者红烧,偶尔清蒸或者煲汤。。。
现在我不怕啦,哈哈,用空气炸锅炸排骨,油用得很少很少,吃起来也没有负担。烹饪期间零油烟,爽歪歪~!

  • 排骨300g
  • 1瓣
  • 2片
  • 小葱1根
  • 花椒粉1茶匙
  • 淀粉0.5汤匙
  • 蚝油1汤匙
  • 食用油1汤匙

Steps to make 省油版:蒜香排骨

  • 1.排骨用清水浸泡片刻,去掉污水,再用清水冲洗干净,拭干水分;
  • 2.大蒜切成蒜末,小葱切段,姜切片;放入装了排骨的容器里;
  • 3.调入适量食用油、耗油、花椒粉;
  • 4.调入适量干淀粉;
  • 5.将排骨和调料抓匀,覆盖上保鲜膜,放冰箱腌制4个小时以上;
  • 6.将腌制好的排骨放入空气炸锅的炸蓝里,尽量不要重叠;
  • 7.设置“排骨”程序,将温度设置到200度;时间设置为12-15分钟;我设置的是12分钟,口感比较嫩;
  • 8.烹饪期间,可将炸蓝取出,晃动几下,让食物受热更均匀;12分钟后,排骨烹饪完成,听到“叮”的一声,即可断电;
  • 9.排骨盛出,装碟即可。
