Steps to make 红烧狮子头

  • 1.猪肉馅加入荸荠末,葱末,姜末,生抽,白糖,鸡精,油,盐搅拌均匀,加入适量淀粉继续搅拌均匀。
  • 2.搅拌好的肉馅揉成光滑的大丸子
  • 3.一个鸡蛋三勺淀粉搅拌均匀过筛
  • 4.锅中加入没过丸子的油加热,将鸡蛋和淀粉混合液裹满丸子,入油锅大火炸制
  • 5.炸至表面变色,变硬用厨房纸巾吸干表面油分备用
  • 6.取半碗水加入三勺生抽将丸子放入碗中,加入葱段,姜片入锅大火蒸二十分钟
  • 7.将油菜焯熟摆于盘边
  • 8.将蒸好的丸子放在油菜中间
  • 9.蒸丸子剩余的汤汁滤掉杂质,入炒锅加入少许淀粉勾芡,待汤汁略稠关火,将芡汁浇入丸子和油菜上,美味的红烧狮子头,好吃到根本停不下来。
