Steps to make 玫瑰栗蓉冰皮月饼

  • 1.1.材料备齐。玫瑰酱最好是带花瓣那种。
  • 2.2.冰皮粉和热水混合。
  • 3.3.揉成光滑的团,包上保鲜膜静止一会。
  • 4.4.栗子馅可以先放锅中炒几分钟,去除一下水份。
  • 5.5.从锅中取出后加入玫瑰酱拌匀。
  • 6.6.将面团和内陷分割成每个25克的小球,大概能分11左右吧。
  • 7.7.取面团擀成圆饼,包裹上内陷,捏紧收口。
  • 8.8.包好的面团表面裹上一层薄薄的手粉。模具里面也撒一层手粉后再倒出来。这样脱模比较好脱。
  • 9.9.将面团放进模具后用力一压成型就可以了。
  • 10.10.吃的时候冷藏一下,有吃糯米糍冰激凌的感觉。
