Steps to make 海鲜焗饭

  • 1.配料。
  • 2.蛤蜊洗净; 鱿鱼去黑色的外皮洗净切花刀片; 虾去壳去虾线洗净;
  • 3.虾仁和鱿鱼分别焯水; 蛤蜊入开水煮开壳后捞出;
  • 4.青、红椒、洋葱分别切粒;
  • 5.虾仁、鱿鱼和蛤蜊加青红椒、洋葱,调入适量盐和黑胡椒粉拌匀;
  • 6.米饭加牛奶、盐、胡椒粉、番茄酱拌匀;
  • 7.烤盘刷少许油,把米饭铺在底部,铺一层奶酪;
  • 8.然后放上青红椒、洋葱、虾仁、蛤蜊;
  • 9.再铺一层奶酪;
  • 10.入预热200°C的烤箱中层,烤20分钟左右;
  • 11.至表面金黄即可。
