白萝卜羊肉汤

白萝卜羊肉汤只做清汤,不仅颜色上清爽,味道也是很鲜香的。几片香菜又给它增添了一丝清新的视觉效果,在味道上也添了一些香气,使汤的味道更加丰富了些。

Steps to make 白萝卜羊肉汤

  • 1.羊排上的肋排留做它用,将羊排的边角切下来,洗净,切大块
  • 2.白萝卜半根,刮去表皮,洗净
  • 3.切成大小均匀的滚刀块
  • 4.香料准备好
  • 5.煲中放清水,将羊肉一同入锅
  • 6.待水开后,撇去浮沫
  • 7.入香料同煮,盖上盖,小火,焖煮40分钟左右
  • 8. 待肉9分熟时可下入白萝卜块, 盖盖,小火,继续焖煮15分钟左右
  • 9.白萝卜可用筷子扎透,放适量盐调味,即可出锅
  • 10.撒些香菜,提色提香!喝上一大碗,好暖和呀!
