馒头版肉夹馍

  • 1.五花肉冷水下锅煮。
  • 2.煮好的五花肉凉透。
  • 3.肉取出来切后天,切葱姜。
  • 4.热锅冷油。
  • 5.油热放冰糖。
  • 6.炒出糖色。
  • 7.放回锅肉和葱姜,肉煎至两面金黄。
  • 8.放食盐。
  • 9.放老抽和生抽。
  • 10.炒均匀。
  • 11.放清水,水面跟食材持平。中火炖煮。
  • 12.烧肉的同时取黑面馒头,切成馒头夹。
  • 13.一个馒头切了2个。
  • 14.鸡蛋洗净磕碗里搅散,放馒头夹,裹满蛋液。
  • 15.热锅刷油。
  • 16.放馒头夹。
  • 17.剩余的蛋液也煎熟。
  • 18.切大葱。如果能吃辣,最好用辣椒,味道更好一些。
  • 19.煎好的蛋跟大葱放一起。
  • 20.馒头夹两面煎金黄取出来。
  • 21.烧肉的汤汁不多的时候放鸡精提鲜。
  • 22.烧好的回锅肉。
  • 23.取一块。
  • 24.跟大葱鸡蛋一起剁成末。
  • 25.放馒头夹里即可。
