Steps to make 樱花马卡龙

  • 1.将樱花在水中浸泡,放在厨房用纸上沥干。
  • 2.将糖粉和杏仁粉混合均匀后过筛。
  • 3.将一半的细砂糖加入蛋清中,稍稍打发。
  • 4.加入另外一半的细砂糖,打发至硬性发泡,可以拎出一个尖角。
  • 5.将混合均匀的杏仁粉分两次加入蛋清中,轻轻搅拌均匀至有光泽。
  • 6.将混合好的面糊放入裱花袋中,在硅胶垫上挤出圆形面糊,将樱花粘于马卡龙上,将面糊放在通风的地方风干至形成一层不黏手的壳。
  • 7.烤箱预热至150度,烤约20分钟左右,期间尽量不要打开烤箱,烤好后取出完全放凉后脱模。
  • 8.将馅料放入裱花袋中,挤在一片马卡龙上,另取一片盖上,挤实即可。
