爸爸一直喜欢吃酥皮的点心,最好是咸的,于是这个好吃的东东我就要经常做啦,饿的时候吃上一个,饱肚又杀馋,实在是老少皆宜的一款中式点心

  • 白油40G
  • 酵母3G
  • 低粉200G
  • 白油100G

Steps to make 蟹壳黄

  • 1.水油皮:面粉250克,水120克,糖粉25克,白油40克,干酵母3克油酥:低粉200克,白油100克分别和好饧发1小时,各自分成30等份
  • 2.肉馅:猪肉馅,榨菜,葱花,姜末,蚝油,酱油,白糖,鸡精,香油,五香粉,黑胡椒碎馅料混均匀备用
  • 3.水油皮包油酥,收口捏紧朝下防止漏油,包好的面团放置10分钟,面团擀成椭圆形,翻面自上而下卷起
  • 4.全部都卷好后,放置15分钟,用擀面杖擀开,擀成长片,翻面卷 起呈短的圆柱状
  • 5.竖起压扁擀成圆饼,包入肉馅,捏紧收口,收口朝下稍微整成椭圆形,刷蛋液,干了再刷一遍,撒上白芝麻烤箱200度,上下火烤25分钟

  • 7.干了再刷一遍,撒上白芝麻烤箱200度,上下火烤25分钟
