香蕉巧克力豆麦芬

  • 小苏打1/4小勺

Steps to make 香蕉巧克力豆麦芬

  • 1.将香蕉装进食品袋里,用擀面棍压成泥;
  • 2.将黄油室温软化,加入砂糖,用打蛋器打至蓬松,将鸡蛋打散后,分次倒入黄油里打发,每一次要将蛋液与黄油充分搅拌后,再加入蛋液;
  • 3.在打好的黄油糊里加入牛奶和香蕉泥,翻拌均匀;
  • 4.将泡打粉、小苏打和低粉提前混合,筛入黄油香蕉糊里,再加入巧克力碎。
  • 5.充分翻拌均匀,没有干面粉;
  • 6.将麦芬蛋糕胡装入一次性裱花袋里,挤入麦芬蛋糕纸模内,8分满;
  • 7.撒上巧克力豆,烤箱提前预热,180度烤制20分钟即可。
