南瓜“鬼脸”沙拉——万圣节的热身早餐
家中有个大南瓜,搞灯嫌幼稚,做“派”太油腻,不如来一道主食、副食二合一的万圣节早餐,权当提前热身啦。

注:“派”指南瓜派,万圣节的特色甜点。

Steps to make 南瓜“鬼脸”沙拉——万圣节的热身早餐

  • 1.红腰豆提前泡水几个小时,用高压锅压十几分钟,或普通锅煮近半小时
  • 2.玉米粒是冻在冰箱的,提前室温解冻;豌豆煮熟
  • 3.南瓜带皮切薄片,我用的是大长南瓜
  • 4.微波炉中高火微7、8分钟
  • 5.鸡蛋煮熟,分开蛋黄和蛋清,蛋清切些造型
  • 6.四种调料混合
  • 7.加上蛋黄调成沙拉酱
  • 8.主要原料装盘
  • 9.造型蛋清点缀,背景台布有没有夜幕降临的感觉
  • 10.淋上沙拉酱
  • 11.味道还是不错滴
  • 12.有那么点节日气氛吧
