  • 奶粉20g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 淡奶油50g
  • 炼乳10g
  • 牛奶135g
  • 奶油奶酪18g
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 黄油20g
  • 耐高糖酵母4g
  • 1g

Steps to make 早餐必备,松软香甜超好吃的奶香排包!

  • 1.准备好全部食材。
  • 2.除黄油外的全部面团食材放入厨师机面桶内,启动厨师机,低速混合材料,然后一点点提高速度把面团打至粗膜的状态。
  • 3.加入软化好的黄油,继续打至能扯出较为结实的透明薄膜。
  • 4.收拢光滑放入发酵盒,25度发酵至2倍大。
  • 5.简单排气后平均分成9份,快速收拢放入发酵盒,松弛15分钟。
  • 6.取出一个松弛好的面团擀长。
  • 7.翻面,横放,轻轻拉扯变成长方形。
  • 8.自上向下卷起来变成长条。
  • 9.接口朝下,依次放好,最好是接口朝着一个方向。
  • 10.烤箱38度发酵至1.5-2倍大,手指轻摁表面可以缓慢回弹,然后在表面轻轻刷上一层全蛋液。
  • 11.最后放入预热好的烤箱,风炉180度烘烤18分钟左右。
  • 12.出炉马上脱模,晾凉后密封保存。
