咖啡冻
一款及其简单的咖啡冻,偶尔冲多了咖啡,用吉利丁做成果冻状,咖啡变成了甜品杯;既可以用现煮的咖啡,也可以用纯咖啡粉冲开后制作。

  • 手冲咖啡300毫升
  • 细砂糖45克
  • 淡奶油100毫升
  • 吉利丁片10克
  • 糖粉10克

Steps to make 咖啡冻

  • 1.2片吉利丁用冷水浸泡至软化
  • 2.细砂糖、吉利丁(攥掉水分),放入现煮的热咖啡中
  • 3.搅拌均匀至吉利丁完全融化
  • 4.倒入保鲜盒中,放入冰箱冷藏40-60分钟
  • 5.淡奶油加糖粉10克,打至稍有一点硬度
  • 6.淡奶油装入裱花袋中,待用
  • 7.取出冷藏至凝固的咖啡,用小刀划成小块,同时做了一盆酸奶冻
  • 8.咖啡冻装入杯中,挤上淡奶油即可,用薄荷叶装饰
