  • 1.木耳提前泡发,洗净控干水分备用。
  • 2.腐竹提前泡发,切段备用。
  • 3.花生米用油炒熟备用。
  • 4.洋葱洗净切小块放入盆中。
  • 5.黄瓜拍一下切段,放入盆中。
  • 6.放入花生米。
  • 7.放入红椒圈(喜欢辣的就把红椒换成小米椒)。
  • 8.锅中加水烧开,下木耳焯几分钟后捞出过凉水备用。
  • 9.再下腐竹煮几分钟,过凉水备用。
  • 10.木耳放入盆中,腐竹挤干水分放入盆中,放入蒜末和调料,拌匀即可。
  • 11.清爽开胃,家常美味。
