三七木耳炖鸡汤

Steps to make 三七木耳炖鸡汤

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.黑木耳泡发。
  • 3.泡好的黑木耳汆水待用。
  • 4.自己家活杀的老母鸡,鸡血也留着了。(根据鸡的大小碗中加少许的清水,加上油,盐拌匀,再加上鸡血拌匀,静至到鸡血凝固。)
  • 5.水烧开,下入凝固的鸡血汆熟就可以。
  • 6.老母鸡处理干净,加葱,姜,清水烧开。
  • 7.小火炖一个小时左右。
  • 8.下入黑木耳,盐继续炖半小时左右。
  • 9.加上鸡血,三七粉,盐烧开,继续中小火十分钟左右就可以。
  • 10.三七木耳鸡汤就可以了。
