Steps to make 酸辣豌豆凉粉

  • 1.豌豆淀粉一包,乐扣格拉斯一只备用。
  • 2.豌豆淀粉80ml、水80ml,将豌豆淀粉用水浸泡15分钟。
  • 3.将400ml清水倒入锅中。
  • 4.水烧开,再加入淀粉水。小火加热,并不停搅拌至透明状态,并且锅中有气泡翻腾。
  • 5.将煮好的粉糊倒入容器中,冷却后放冰箱冷藏。
  • 6.大蒜切末。
  • 7.用蒜泥、生抽、虾油、盐、糖、醋、辣椒油等佐料按自己的口味调配好。
  • 8.冷藏好的豌豆粉取出,倒扣。
  • 9.切块,或切丝。
  • 10.小黄瓜切丝,垫入碗底。
  • 11.切成丝的豌豆粉,盖在黄瓜上。
  • 12.淋上拌好的酱汁即可。
