Steps to make 东北鸡蛋肠

  • 1.花椒大料用热水冲泡(今天家里没有花椒了,所以用了花椒末,后来又过了纱布,以保证成品的纯净)
  • 2.鸡蛋六个打在大盆里
  • 3.加盐
  • 4.鸡蛋搅匀,加少许胡椒粉
  • 5.用漏斗灌好肠,两端用棉线系好
  • 6.跟粉肠一样,煮的时候不能让水开了,小火慢慢的煮,等煮到肠体发硬就可以了
  • 7.切开,装盘
