Steps to make 糟肉

  • 1.上好五花肉一条,选肥瘦相间的。
  • 2.飞水完放入冷水中不断冲刷,有时间放冷冻20分钟再切更好。
  • 3.切成1厘米厚的肉片。
  • 4.锅中放点点底油,放五花肉煎,把油脂煎出来倒出,用中小火煎不会煎焦。
  • 5.然后放入红酒糟炒香,加入盐巴,白糖。
  • 6.放水,先大火8分钟,再中小火慢慢煨熟。
  • 7.收汁加入鸡精即可,甜一点好吃,汁拌饭都可以吃满满一碗米饭哦。
