Steps to make 上海版咸肉菜饭

  • 1.大米洗好放入电饭锅,水比平时要多一点点,根据放置咸肉和香肠的多少决定。
  • 2.把香肠均匀的铺上。然后按煮饭键,这个需要正常煮,不能快煮。
  • 3.圆心菜洗切块景,胡萝卜洗净切滚刀块。
  • 4.起油锅煸炒至菜出水。中火煸炒,火大了菜叶子会焦。
  • 5.饭煮好后加入蔬菜搅拌。
  • 6.搅拌均匀,再按快煮键。
  • 7.因为有胡萝卜所以后面又加了次快煮。如果不加胡萝卜的话,等饭快煮好,加入圆白菜即可。
