炒春饼
这还是那天做的春饼,第二天早上还有三张。想想还是做炒饼,这是我很爱吃的,孩子也喜欢,但老公好像没感觉,呵呵。做炒饼的时候搭配上各种蔬菜,如果喜欢劲道的口感,炒制时就不要倒水;但要喜欢湿润的口感,就要在炒制的时候加点水。满足味蕾的同时也不失营养哦!

Steps to make 炒春饼

  • 1.春饼准备好。
  • 2.切细条,葱切薄片。
  • 3.热锅凉油,油热放花椒和葱炒香。
  • 4.放饼煸炒。
  • 5.放入切好的紫甘蓝及泡好的木耳。
  • 6.放入青椒和火腿煸炒(想吃劲道的不要加水,反之就加一点水)。
  • 7.出锅前放鸡粉。ok!
