  • 1.糯米淘洗干净。
  • 2.红枣洗净用温水泡软。
  • 3.冰糖备用。
  • 4.锅中放入糯米和水。
  • 5.大火烧开,用勺子搅一下,转小火煮15分钟后,再放入红枣。
  • 6.再煮15分钟,期间不停的用勺子搅拌。(防止粘锅)
  • 7.继续放入冰糖,慢熬成粥,即可食用。
  • 8.盛入碗中。
