Steps to make 越南米纸鲑鱼卷

  • 1.土豆去皮后切块煮熟备用
  • 2.将鲑鱼撒上适量盐、黑胡椒、巴西里碎用米纸卷成一卷(需用餐巾纸吸去多余水份)
  • 3.取青柠檬、葡萄柚、橙子、果肉后切丁混合备用
  • 4.将薄荷叶、米辣椒切碎、黑胡椒放入混合水果中拌匀
  • 5.取土豆块碾碎后放入锅中,后加入牛奶50ml、奶油10g小火搅拌成土豆泥
  • 6.以小火将鲑鱼卷煎烤至金黄酥脆
  • 7.取鲑鱼卷切成块后与土豆泥、水果色拉、适量豆芽菜组盘即可
