Steps to make Stir fried vegetable
- 1. Rinse the mung bean sprouts thoroughly, wash and cut the chives into sections.
- 2. Cut garlic into small pieces and spicy millet into sections.
- 3. Soak the noodles until soft, or boil them directly in water until soft.
- 4. Take out the noodles, pour a spoonful of dark soy sauce and mix well.
- 5. Heat up the oil in the pot, add eggs and stir fry until cooked. Remove and set aside.
- 6. Pour in oil again, add garlic and spicy millet and stir fry until fragrant.
- 7. Pour in mung bean sprouts and stir fry until soft.
- 8. Pour in the noodles and eggs, stir fry well.
- 9. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt to season.
- 10. Finally, pour in the chopped chives and stir fry a few times.
- 11. Stir fry the good dishes with rice.
