新式五仁月饼
五仁月饼比较受家人的喜爱。因为宝宝吃花生过敏,于是换成黑加仑。口感还是很不错的。馅料放色拉油,甜度也减轻一些、少放糖利于宝宝吃。面皮糖浆放的也很少。做五十克的小月饼。每次可以切开吃可以看见馅料宝宝也特别的高兴。吃着方便又不浪费。

  • 面粉120G
  • 转化糖浆40
  • 色拉油30ML
  • 面粉30G
  • 杏仁50G
  • 大枣干20G
  • 葡萄干20G
  • 黑加仑20G
  • 黑芝麻10G
  • 10G

Steps to make 新式五仁月饼

  • 1.杏仁烤熟
  • 2.大枣干 葡萄干洗净晾干 切碎 这样比较好包馅
  • 3.黑加仑洗净 用厨纸吸去水份
  • 4.面粉炒熟 变色即可
  • 5.把上边的材料混合在一起加10G色拉油 白糖 如果馅料干可加适量的水 捏成团
  • 6.捏成团 一定要捏牢 分成 32克左右
  • 7.转化糖浆 油 适量的水搅拌到无干粉 保鲜膜覆盖 松弛二小时
  • 8.分成每个18克左右 面皮擀一下 中间厚些 边缘薄
  • 9.包入馅料 在手中滚圆 利用饼皮的薄厚一致
  • 10.模具里撒点点干粉 防沾 按牢倒扣
  • 11.进烤箱之前撒适量的水的月饼上
  • 12.烤箱预热 200度 烤月饼温度为150度左右 面皮变色拿出来 刷蛋液一次 整个过程大约18分钟左右
