港式甜品——椰汁西米露凉粉
某港式甜品店有一款椰汁西米露凉粉我挺喜欢吃的,回来自己山寨一把!做法也挺简单,我又多了款招待客人的甜品。

Steps to make 港式甜品——椰汁西米露凉粉

  • 1.材料图
  • 2.取100ml的冷水把50g的黑凉粉调成无核糊状
  • 3.倒入1L煮沸的水中
  • 4.搅拌加热至无颗粒即可关火冷却
  • 5.冷却至室温后即成膏状,用刀切成小块状,加少量蜂蜜冷藏待用
  • 6.现在煮西米了,锅里水烧开后倒入西米。发现砂锅挺好用的,不粘西米。
  • 7.中火煮10来分钟后,西米只留小白点即可关火
  • 8.加盖闷20分钟左右小西米全部都闷透了
  • 9.拿出来冷水冲冲
  • 10.碗中加入黑凉粉
  • 11.再加入西米和椰汁(椰浆)即成美味甜品。
  • 12.满记的是不是和我的差不多!
