枣泥小餐包

主料:玉米油30克 绵白糖30克 鸡蛋50克 酸奶30克 牛奶70克 高筋面粉250克
辅料:酵母粉3克 精盐3克 自制枣泥馅适量

  • 1.面包机内桶中依次加入酸奶、牛奶、油、盐、白糖和鸡蛋,
  • 2.再加入高筋面粉和酵母粉,
  • 3.启动面包机和面25分钟,成为光滑面团,
  • 4.室温饧发40分钟,发至原来的2倍大,
  • 5.将面团取出,揉搓排气,
  • 6.分割成8份,滚圆,盖上保鲜膜,松弛10分钟,
  • 7.取一个小面团,擀成圆皮,
  • 8.放上枣泥馅,
  • 9.均匀收口,
  • 10.全部做好后,码入不粘烤盘,
  • 11.入烤箱,选择发酵功能,二发40分钟,在二发后的面包坯表面刷上蛋黄液,撒上白芝麻,
  • 12.入预热好的烤箱,中层,上下火,200度,选择热风烤功能,烤15分钟。
