酸乳酪红豆三明治
我有一个小巧的轻食机,用它做好的三明治外皮酥脆,里面软香,俺家孩子们都特别喜欢这个口感。昨天特意做了一个淡奶油的吐司,还自制了酸奶,做了蜜红豆。今天就用这三种食材搭配,来做一个奶香味儿十足的酸乳酪红豆三明治。酸乳酪和蜜红豆搭配,口感丰富,味道上的层次感也更明显。这样做出来的三明治非常的好吃

Steps to make 酸乳酪红豆三明治

  • 1.自制的酸奶倒在已经杀菌的过滤布上。
  • 2.把过滤布绑在筷子上,放在一个容器上。冰箱冷藏过滤四小时左右,把奶清完全过滤出来。国内出酸乳酪备用。
  • 3.把过滤出的乳酪和蜜红豆一起混合。
  • 4.混合好的红豆乳酪备用。
  • 5.自制的淡奶油吐司取四片。
  • 6.轻食机先预热一分钟,然后放上土一片吐司片。吐司片上提前放好红豆酸乳酪。
  • 7.再压上一片吐司片。
  • 8.盖子压紧,煎烤2--3分钟,烤到表面焦黄取出。
  • 9.切开看看,里面满满的红豆酸乳酪。配上奶香十足的淡奶油吐司片儿。吃起来满口都是奶香,非常的满足。
