  • 1.准备好食材和调料。
  • 2.莴苣去皮清洗干净。
  • 3.我脚切成细丝,放入碗中,再撒入盐腌制半小时。
  • 4.把莴苣丝腌制出水分。
  • 5.放入清水清洗掉盐分。
  • 6.用手攥出水分。
  • 7.干红辣椒和蒜都切碎。
  • 8.把干红辣椒、蒜、白芝麻放在莴苣上。
  • 9.锅中倒入花生油。
  • 10.熬至油冒烟后,把热油浇到碗中。
  • 11.再倒入生抽。
  • 12.撒入白糖。
  • 13.倒入白醋。
  • 14.再倒入适量香油。
  • 15.充分搅拌后就可以装盘了,凉拌莴苣丝,开胃下饭非常爽口。
