Steps to make 【桃胶银耳羹】

  • 1.材料:桃胶20克 银耳一小朵 玫瑰葡萄干一小把 冰糖少许。
  • 2. 桃胶为蔷薇科植物桃或山桃等树皮中分泌出来的树脂,所以我们要事先进行处理,要浸泡8个小时以上,我这个是浸泡了一个晚上,看上去涨发了很大了。
  • 3.银耳也是要撕成小块浸泡,撕的越小越容易出胶质。
  • 4.我是用九阳桃花盏炖锅炖的,然后一次性加足水,不要超过最高水位线就可以了。
  • 5.将处理好的食材一一放入炖盅里面。
  • 6.然后加足了水,盖上盖子放入炖锅里面,盖上外盖。
  • 7.选择桃胶或者燕窝功能都可以的,我选择了桃胶功能,时间根据自己口味选择吧,默认是一小时,要更软烂就一个半小时也成。
  • 8.出锅,加少许的冰糖。
