  • 4.取一碗加入糖 酱油 盐 醋 淀粉 和清水调成鱼香汁。
  • 5.大白菜削成块。
  • 6.炒锅放油,下入白菜块。煸炒出水分后倒出。
  • 7.另起锅,倒入油下入郫县辣酱煸炒出红油。
  • 8.加入葱姜蒜碎继续煸炒出香味。
  • 9.加入泡发的木耳煸炒均匀。
  • 10.倒入鱼香汁烧开至黏稠。
  • 11.倒入煸炒好的白菜。
  • 12.翻炒均匀,加入鸡精调味即可。
