Steps to make 红薯蒸饺

  • 1.红薯煮熟,去皮,加入适量的面粉和酵母和成光滑的面团。(不要加水,利用红薯煮熟后的水分就行。)
  • 2.我把去完皮的红薯捣成泥状,再加酵母加入适量的面粉开启面包机面团健,揉成光滑的面团,然后发酵两倍大就可以了。
  • 3.面包机工作的空隙,青萝卜洗净,搜成细条。
  • 4.粉条泡软。
  • 5.萝卜和肉用料理机打成泥状,粉条切小段。
  • 6.加入所备的调料搅拌均匀,把馅料调好。
  • 7.发酵好的面团搓成光滑的长条,切成大小均匀的小剂子。
  • 8.擀成厚薄均匀的面皮。
  • 9.包成自己想要的形状。饺子包好了。
  • 10.蒸锅加水,把饺子分层加入蒸屉,待饺子醒发好,来大火蒸十分钟关火。
  • 11.开锅盖一定要揭开太大,一定要先开一小口,慢慢再揭开,要不饺子容易回缩。影响饺子的完美形象。看着金灿灿的蒸饺,是不是看着就溜口水呢!哈哈!
  • 12.装盘。
