以前都是买成品的花生酱吃,可面对五花八门的食品安全问题,心理胆怯了。看来只有自己DIY的才是最放心的,动动手也好,就当做是做次手工了。

Steps to make 花生酱

  • 1.花生用锅小火慢慢炒熟,一般花生外衣有糊点即可。花生熟后,摊开晾凉。
  • 2.同样用锅小火把芝麻炒熟,晾凉。
  • 3.花生晾凉后,搓掉花生的红皮,也可不去红皮,这样看个人的喜好和口感。
  • 4.把去皮的花生仁、芝麻倒入料理机内。
  • 5.根据个人的口感和喜好倒入适量的白糖。
  • 6.加入4汤匙熟花生油,油一定要烧熟才好,不然会有股子生油的味道。
  • 7.开动料理机,把花生和芝麻打成粘稠的糊状,如果感到太过粘稠,可以再适当的加点熟花生油,直到自己感到满意为止。
  • 8.很喜欢花生酱的浓浓的醇香,把浓浓的花生酱抹在全麦面包片上,咬一口,甜甜的厚厚的浓香会在舌尖上滞留很久,很久... ...
