    • 5.用保鲜膜包裹严,放入冰箱冷藏15-20小时
    • 6.腌好的鲅鱼挂到阳台通风处风干表面后,切开备用
    • 7.电饼铛放适量油将鱼两面煎至金黄酥脆
    • 8.将鱼肉撕开摆盘即可
