  • 1.准备蛋挞皮。
  • 2.去掉蛋挞托,自然解冻10分钟。
  • 3.把蛋挞皮压扁,可以用擀面杖稍微擀开一下,然后用叉子在上面扎一些小孔。
  • 4.烤箱提前预热到180°,摆入烤盘。
  • 5.设置烤箱温度到180°烤15分钟。
  • 6.因为我忘记扎孔所以烤出来之后鼓包严重。
  • 7.淡奶油加入白砂糖用打蛋器打发至有纹路可以裱花的状态。
  • 8.裱花袋内放入裱花嘴,装入奶油。
  • 9.取一片蛋挞皮挤上奶油。
  • 10.摆上蓝莓。
  • 11.再加入一层蛋挞皮,挤上奶油和放上蓝莓装饰。
  • 12.樱桃的也是一样的操作,樱桃先对半切开,取出樱桃核。
  • 13.再加上一层蛋挞皮,挤上奶油装饰。
