小鸡饼夹馒头

Steps to make 小鸡饼夹馒头

  • 1.把所有主料混合,揉成光滑适当的面团,盖上保鲜膜醒5分钟。
  • 2.擀成长方片。
  • 3.轻轻刷上一层油。
  • 4.上下对折。
  • 5.用圆形切模切出底部留空一点的大半圆形。
  • 6.用合适的工具切出翅膀和尾巴。翅膀压出纹路。
  • 7.粘到合适的位置。
  • 8.取适量面团,加入深黑可可粉和仙人掌果粉,分别揉成黑色和粉红色的面团。也可以加红曲粉揉成红色面色。
  • 9.黑色的做眼睛。粉红色面团搓大中小三个圆球和一个水滴形做鸡冠,再揉一小点做嘴巴,分别摆在合适的位置。如图所示。
  • 10.黑眼睛上面用一点点白色面团做出小鸡的眼神。仙人掌果粉调水画出腮红,小鸡饼夹生坯就做好了。
  • 11.发酵至2倍大。放入美遇蒸烤箱里,选择纯蒸模式,100度蒸18分钟即可。
