女生们应该都无法拒绝粉粉的粉红色,我个人也不例外,这款草莓芝士慕斯蛋糕,真的很美味,喜欢的朋友一定要试试哦!

  • 奥利奥饼干10块
  • 芝士125克
  • 吉利丁片25克
  • 细砂糖60克
  • 黄油30克
  • 酸奶50克
  • 柠檬汁15ml

Steps to make 草莓芝士慕斯

  • 1.先把黄油隔水加热融化,吉利丁片用冷水泡,放在一旁(用可以直接饮用的水泡,因为这款蛋糕做好了是要直接吃的)草莓用搅拌机打成草莓酱,放在一旁备用
  • 2.奥利奥饼干差不多10块,掰开,去掉夹心,碾成粉末
  • 3.饼干碎中加入融化的黄油,搅拌均匀
  • 4.放入6寸的模具中,用刮刀压紧实,放入冰箱冷藏
  • 5.芝士隔水融化,加入细砂糖,用搅拌器打到顺滑
  • 6.草莓酱倒入芝士糊,搅拌均匀
  • 7.吉利丁片隔水融化
  • 8.在扮好的草莓芝士糊中加入酸奶,搅拌均匀,没有也可以不加,只是为了增加风味
  • 9.加入一勺柠檬汁,搅拌均匀,快速搅拌,不然要出现芝士块
  • 10.打发淡奶油,打到四分发(打到大泡泡消失,没有出现纹路,还可以流动的状态,就是四分发)
  • 11.把草莓芝士糊倒入淡奶油中,搅拌均匀
  • 12.倒入吉利丁液,搅拌均匀
  • 13.粉粉的颜色,好漂亮!
  • 14.取出冷藏的模具,把草莓芝士糊倒入模具,放入冰箱冷藏4小时以上
  • 15.用电吹风吹一下周围,脱模,在周围撒上剩下的饼干碎,用草莓装饰一下,漂亮的草莓芝士慕斯就做好啦!
