糖水凉粉
糖水白凉粉,据说是四川那边很常见的消夏小吃,正好家里还有一些凉粉原料,今天就索性试试,冰镇味道更好O(∩_∩)O~

Steps to make 糖水凉粉

  • 1.准备原料
  • 2.白凉粉加水,倒入煮锅中,小火煮至沸腾,期间用勺子不停搅拌。
  • 3.煮好的凉粉水倒入容器冷却。
  • 4.红糖温水化开。
  • 5.待冷却后放入冰箱冰镇。
  • 6.凝固的白凉粉。
  • 7.用勺子切成小块,浇上红糖汁,开吃~
