香菇焖菱角
最近,微信圈的朋友都在转一条微信——上天让人类吃素,里面罗列了吃素的各种好处,说得神乎其神。多吃点蔬果总是好的,但是否餐餐吃素,见仁见智。其实,我总觉得早餐应该吃好,午餐吃饱,晚餐要少而精。
但其实家里若没有专职煮妇或煮夫,要做到这一点真的很难。大多数人往往是早餐与午餐随便应付,晚餐反而是吃得多与吃得好。平时上班,煮饭做菜有妈妈代劳,如果是我掌厨,晚餐我也喜欢清淡一些,多见素菜。

Steps to make 香菇焖菱角

  • 1.选已剥去外壳的新鲜菱角。
  • 2.用小刀刮去菱角呈淡黄色的内膜。
  • 3.用盐搓洗,再用清水冲洗干净。
  • 4.香菇用清水洗去浮尘,再用清水泡发约半个小时。
  • 5.泡发好的香菇切成香菇丝。
  • 6.葱洗净,切成葱段。
  • 7.热油,下香菇丝,用中火炒出香味。
  • 8.加入菱角,翻炒几下。
  • 9.加入香菇水,煮开后转小火焖十几分钟。
  • 10.焖菱至角先熟,略收干汤汁,加入盐调味。
  • 11.加入葱段,熄火。
  • 12.装盘,即可食用
