Steps to make 蓝莓曲奇

  • 1.除低筋面粉外,其他原料放进干净的盆里;
  • 2.用电动打蛋器打到粘稠状态,面糊颜色浅黄色,打的时候有明显的纹路;
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉;
  • 4.用刮刀搅拌均匀;
  • 5.裱花袋里放入挤曲奇用的裱花嘴,然后装入面糊;
  • 6.裱花袋头上剪个口,在不粘烤盘内垂直挤出曲奇,我用的是28*28的方盘;
  • 7.取一勺蓝莓酱,放进裱花袋,在裱花袋头上剪个口,如果用有整颗果肉的蓝莓酱,口要稍微大一些;
  • 8.在曲奇中间挤上蓝莓酱;
  • 9.烤箱上下火160度,预热5分钟,曲奇放中层,烤18分钟左右;
  • 10.放凉即可食用。
