油焖茄汁大虾

Steps to make 油焖茄汁大虾

  • 1.白虾去掉虾线,清洗干净(我是从盒马买的南美白虾,个头还挺大)。
  • 2.姜切丝,葱切片。
  • 3.热锅放油,油加热一小会儿放虾,中火两面煎至变色,可以稍稍按压虾头,炒出虾油。
  • 4.放入葱姜炒出香味,加入一勺料酒,糖盐各少许。
  • 5.两勺番茄酱,加半小碗清水调匀,沿着锅边慢慢倒入。
  • 6.中火焖煮3~5分钟。
  • 7.汤汁收干即可盛出(出锅前可以淋少许香油)。
  • 8.酸酸甜甜的油焖茄汁大虾,色香味俱全,开动咯~
