蟹肉豆腐羹
很简单的食材,就可以做出鲜美的汤羹。汤头鲜美,豆腐滑嫩,顺口不油腻。配上白胡椒粉,非常的暖心暖胃。

  • 嫩豆腐半块(200g)
  • 冷冻蟹肉150g
  • 冷冻青豆仁胡萝卜粒3汤匙
  • 1根
  • 料酒1茶匙
  • 1/4茶匙
  • 鸡粉1/4茶匙
  • 清水500ml
  • 太白粉1茶匙
  • 3大匙

Steps to make 蟹肉豆腐羹

  • 1.冷冻蟹肉解冻,用水冲一遍,挤干水份,用料酒拌一下,去腥。
  • 2.嫩豆腐切小丁。
  • 3.青豆胡萝卜粒用水冲洗一下。
  • 4.1茶匙太白粉加入3大匙水拌匀。
  • 5.热油锅,把葱白爆香。
  • 6.把蟹肉放入炒一下。
  • 7.倒入500ml水煮开。(有高汤可以放入高汤。)
  • 8.放入豆腐,青豆仁胡萝卜粒煮约2分钟。
  • 9.放盐和鸡粉调味。(如果放高汤就不需要了。)
  • 10.慢慢倒入生粉水勾芡,即可。(一边倒入生粉水,一边轻轻搅拌,调到自家喜欢的浓稠度。)
  • 11.鲜美滑嫩。吃的时候撒入白胡椒粉,添加风味的同时,又暖胃。
