  • 1.鸡爪剪掉指甲,剁开成两半,浸泡清洗干净。

  • 4.野山椒剁碎,姜蒜切丝切片。
  • 5.鸡爪煮好后,用冷水再次冲洗干净(我的是净水,你可以用冰水过一遍)。
  • 6.凉透后的鸡爪沥干水分。
  • 7.加入柠檬片和半个柠檬汁。
  • 8.加入辅料里所有佐料,味极鲜别多了,否则颜色非常不好看。
  • 9.搅拌均匀。
  • 10.放入密封盒,放入冰箱冷藏过夜,中途可以给它翻面几次。
  • 11.第二天,鸡爪就可以吃了,酸辣爽口。
