土豆炖牛腩

  • 土豆2个
  • 干山楂片5片
  • 八角二个
  • 黄油二块
  • 意面酱一匙
  • 料酒少许
  • 番茄酱一匙
  • 酱油一匙
  • 少许
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 浓缩鸡汁一匙
  • 鸡精少许

Steps to make 土豆炖牛腩

  • 1.新鲜的牛洗净血水,改刀成块儿。
  • 2.加清水,料酒,八角焯水备用。
  • 3.八分熟即可。
  • 4.锅里放入黄油小火化开放入葱姜蒜炒出香味。
  • 5.放入牛腩,开大火快速翻炒 煸炒出里面多余的油分。
  • 6.到这个程度就可以啦。
  • 7.放入砂锅。
  • 8.放入山楂片,意面酱。
  • 9.放入浓缩鸡汁。
  • 10.放入番茄酱。白胡椒粉。
  • 11.加入适量的清水,大火煮开,转小火慢炖,一小时。提前半个小时放入土豆。放入酱油和盐。
  • 12.大火收一下汁。放入鸡精小葱花。
