    Steps to make 桃胶炖皂角米

    • 1.1、准备好食材,隔夜把桃胶、皂米分开泡好。
    • 2.2、桃胶泡好需把杂质去除,这个要有耐心一些哦!然后红枣和桂圆剥开待用。
    • 3.4、把处理好的桃胶、皂米、红枣、桂圆及冰糖放入炖盅内,放入适量的水。(水不要太多,微微超过食材一些)
    • 4.4、放入蒸锅内(我是用的电蒸锅),把炖盅锅盖子处记得用保鲜膜包裹上,盖上蒸锅盖,蒸大约1个小时40分钟。(个人意见,蒸的时间越长越糯,注意蒸锅内的水需多放)
    • 5.5、哇!出锅了,甜而不腻,没白白浪费半天的时间。
