  • 1.香蕉去皮,每条切成2段,共4段。
  • 2.拿1段香蕉放在椰丝上滚满椰丝。
  • 3.把滚满椰丝的香蕉放在春卷皮的角落上。
  • 4.在香蕉上面再撒些许的干椰丝。
  • 5.把春卷皮向上折下去。
  • 6.2边也向内对折,用蛋白液涂抹在皮上。
  • 7.再把它卷起来,按紧。
  • 8.做好的椰香蕉。
  • 9.放入热油中,炸至外皮酥脆,微金黄色。
  • 10.捞起,控干油份,再用吸油纸吸干表面的油渍即可。
  • 11.如喜欢可淋些蜂蜜或炼奶在上面,味道会更不一样。
