Steps to make 滋滋柠香•盐烤秋刀鱼

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.秋刀鱼去鳞洗净,去除鱼肚鱼鳃,吸干鱼表面&鱼肚里的水,在表面和鱼肚内抹上细盐, 腌制15分钟
  • 3.腌制要15分钟!把时间充分利用起来,先做点配菜!超级香甜爽嫩的柴香小豆腐!豆腐去掉不规则的部分,切成见方的小方块
  • 4.鲜味酱油里放入一点香油,喜欢芥末或者芝麻的童鞋,都可以自己加进去~调料混合均匀后,浇在上一步的豆腐上~最后再放上酱黄瓜片和泡菜,配菜就做好啦!
  • 5.腌制好了的秋刀鱼厨房用纸吸干血水,防止煎的时候破皮和溅水。热锅,放油,放鱼。开始的时候可以用大火,煎一分钟,然后收至中小火,慢煎约3分钟,即可翻遍,同样先大火一分钟,小火3分钟,至两面焦黄。
  • 6.最后给秋刀鱼淋上清香的柠檬汁,大功告成
