Steps to make 棒棒糖蛋糕

  • 1.在烤盘上刷上一层油。
  • 2.留出少许黑巧克力碎,将剩余的黑巧克力碎和黄油放在一个小锅里,小火加热融化,搅拌均匀,关火。
  • 3.加入糖和可可粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入一颗鸡蛋搅拌均匀,再加入另外一颗鸡蛋继续搅拌。加入面粉和盐,搅拌成均匀面糊。
  • 5.将面糊倒入模具中,尽量满一点,盖上烤盘的上半部。
  • 6.烤箱预热145度,烤15至18分钟,至牙签插入不会有面糊带出。取出后放凉5分钟,将蛋糕移出烤盘,放至完全冷却。
  • 7.将棒棒糖棒插入蛋糕球中。
  • 8.将白巧克力隔水加热融化,边加热边搅拌。
  • 9.将棒棒糖蛋糕浸入巧克力浆中,包裹均匀。
  • 10.留出少许白巧克力浆,在剩下的白巧克力浆中加入一部分黑巧克力碎,搅拌成均匀的咖啡色巧克力浆。
  • 11.将棒棒糖蛋糕一半浸入咖啡色巧克力浆中,完成头的上半部。
  • 12.用剩余的白巧克力浆完成嘴,咖啡色巧克力浆完成耳朵,将剩下的黑巧克力碎融化成黑巧克力浆,完成鼻子和眼睛,再用白巧克力浆在眼睛上点上眼珠即可。
