“自制牛奶芝士”蛋糕
牛奶也能做奶酪,之前分享过牛奶做瑞可塔奶酪,有朋友说用这个直接做口感会有点粗糙,那是因为少了一个步骤,今天用牛奶鸡蛋做芝士蛋糕,口感更加细腻了哟!5.20和接下去的日子,生活需要有点甜。

  • 牛奶1L
  • 白醋50g
  • 海盐少许
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 白糖50g
  • 牛奶30ml
  • 玉米淀粉5g
  • 干邑或朗姆酒10ml

Steps to make “自制牛奶芝士”蛋糕

  • 1.准备自制牛奶芝士食材。
  • 2.牛奶倒入锅中,加入少许海盐,开火不要煮开,煮到锅边冒小泡后关火,然后倒入白醋,轻轻搅拌两下,再静置十分钟。
  • 3.等到蛋白质凝固后捞出,放入纱布过滤。
  • 4.将分离的乳清全部过滤干净,就得到了一个牛奶芝士球。
  • 5.在牛奶芝士球中加入鸡蛋与白糖搅拌均匀,再加入玉米淀粉搅拌均匀,最后加入干邑和牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 6.将蛋糕糊倒入模具中,烤箱预热170度烤45分钟即可。
