  • 1.核桃剥皮用烤箱烤熟
  • 2.用保鲜膜包起来擀压碎
  • 3.鸡蛋打在干净的容器里加细砂糖搅拌和
  • 4.搅拌均匀后倒入玉米油
  • 5.轻轻搅拌使糖和油完全融合在一起
  • 6.泡打粉、面粉、玉米淀粉混合后筛入蛋油液里
  • 7.搅拌成絮状
  • 8.加入核桃碎
  • 9.和成面团饧5分钟
  • 10.团成大小适中的小圆球再粘上黑芝麻
  • 11.在烤盘里用手掌压扁
  • 12.提前预热烤箱180度,上下火烤20分钟。(总共烤了2盘)
