绿豆莲子冬瓜糖水
绿豆味甘性凉,具有清热利水解毒的作用。莲子性平味甘涩,能补脾止泻,益肾固精,养心安神。冬瓜味甘淡,性微寒,能清热利水,除烦止渴。大暑之时温度高,湿气重,“上蒸下煮”往往让人感觉心烦口渴,食欲不振,肢体困倦,用绿豆莲子冬瓜祛湿清热,再搭配陈皮健脾祛湿,安度炎炎夏日。
没有去皮绿豆,也懒得把冬瓜煮到烂熟才去皮加进煮好的绿豆沙中。索性就来了个懒人版的带皮绿豆和莲子冬瓜一锅煮。初初还想着煮好后把冬瓜皮去掉,煮好后又犯了懒,边吃边吐皮儿最省事。虽然不是原版的沙茸细浆,颗粒感的绿豆莲子和块状的冬瓜吃起来也是不错。
脾胃虚寒者慎用。

Steps to make 绿豆莲子冬瓜糖水

  • 1.用料:绿豆75克,莲子30克,冬瓜100克,陈皮1小瓣,冰糖适量。
  • 2.莲子事先用清水浸泡至涨发。
  • 3.绿豆和陈皮洗去浮尘。
  • 4.冬瓜洗净,带皮切块。
  • 5.将所有食材放入电饭煲内胆中,加入适量清水。
  • 6.盖好果子,选择煮汤功能,默认煮汤时间为1个半小时。
  • 7.煮汤结束,自动进入保温状态。
  • 8.揭盖,放入冰糖,搅拌至溶化。
  • 9.盛出,食用。
