香菇焖五花肉
香菇是具有高蛋白、低脂肪、多糖、多种氨基酸和多种维生素的菌类食物。
五花肉味甘咸、性平,入脾、胃、肾经;补肾养血,滋阴润燥。

平时还真没把这两种材料配在一起煮过,今天想着试试看,没想到效果出奇的好,很香,肉-肥而不腻,菇-嫩而嚼劲。

  • 1.香菇冷水泡发30分钟洗净,对半切开备用。
  • 2.五花肉清除细毛,洗净,蒜头、姜分别洗净,姜切丝。
  • 3.取出高压锅洗净,倒入五花肉、蒜头、姜丝。
  • 4.再倒入香菇。
  • 5.下盐、五香粉、生抽、老抽、适量水搅拌均匀。
  • 6.腌制30分钟后,盖上锅盖,中大火至发出滋滋的响声,然后转小火焖10分钟即关火。
